I wanted to reach out and share my thoughts on Brandie and have you pass them along to the other group members.  Brad and I have had the privilege of meeting with her several times now.  She made an immediate impact from day 1 and is already starting to benefit and help our agency more than I could have imagined.  When we approached her within seconds it became clear that her entire objective is to help our agency grow and she has already identified numerous avenues we can see immediate results from.  Her approach is well rounded in all aspects of our agency and well worth the time commitment it takes to better ourselves.  It was the biggest no-brainer for us when she presented the opportunity to work alongside us and grow our agency.

I want to thank you for bringing her to that conference.  I value Fortified and this is a huge example of how this benefits agencies in our group.  I know she is going to be a game changer for AIC and wanted to encourage others in the group to reach out to her.

We finished our on-site visit with Brandie Jones a couple of weeks ago.  The results and takeaways have been game changing.  The staff buy in, and changes have made an immediate impact to our business.  The first day she was in she did strategic planning for our upper management team and that helped clear up and further define roles, her input there caused me to have a huge sigh of relief and clarity.  AIC, like every other agency, has various personalities.  Some easy to deal with and others not so much.  Brandie has handled them all in stride and made believers out of everyone.  I want to thank you again for bringing her into Fortified and I would encourage all other Fortified members to at least give her the opportunity to share her story and how she can benefit even the most seasoned agencies.
